We’re a small team that puts a lot of care into every product we create. Because most of our offerings are digital downloads, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds after purchase.

That said, your experience matters to us. If something isn’t working as expected — or if you feel a product didn’t match the description — please reach out. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Digital Products

  • All digital downloads (journals, toolkits, cards, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If you experience any technical issues or need help accessing your files, contact us at support@innervian.com and we’ll support you promptly.

Physical Products (if/when offered)

  • At this time, we do not sell physical products. If that changes, we’ll update this policy with shipping, return, and replacement guidelines.
